Now I know that this sounds like a 'the dog ate my homework' sort of excuse but I swear it's true: I've packed the scales so I'll have to skip the weigh-in this week. It's probably just as well as I've been eating out rather a lot. Latest ice-cream delight: Leonardo da Chocolate: chocolate ice-cream with marzipan and almonds. I'd better get back to the packing. We move tomorrow.
