I am living on bacon butties, birthday cake and flapjacks. I haven't dared weigh myself but I am not optimistic about being able to remain under 80 kgs for much longer.

I'm flying to UK tonight to help celebrate my Mum's 80th birthday. I'll try not to eat too many slices of cake.
